The total floor area of the apartment is calculated according to valid legal regulations (Government Regulation no. 366/2013 Coll.). This is the total area of all rooms in the apartment, including the floor area of all load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures inside the apartment. The total floor area does not include terraces, loggias, balconies, paved areas, or front gardens.
Prices include VAT. The price listed in the price list above includes the price of the cellar if it belongs to the unit. The price of the unit does not include the purchase price of a parking space.
The prices listed in the price list are valid until the update of the price list. The seller reserves the right to change the price list at any time until the conclusion of a binding reservation contract with the applicant in writing.
