Malešice is a part of Prague with a rich history and a great perspective. Few people know that, in a way, it has belonged to Prague since time immemorial. After all, a significant part of its history is still referred to by the names of streets such as Bakalářská, Rektorská, Prorektorská and Univerzitní - they remind us that the whole area was owned by the ancient Charles University several centuries ago.

And it's as if some of the values and traditions of the oldest Czech university remained present in the humility and thoughtfulness of the area today with regard to the balance of capacity and proportions. Despite the current and planned development, this place will remain an oasis of peace, a citadel that will provide security and tranquility even in turbulent times.
